I work out 3 to 5 times a week, and it’s the most important part of my schedule, for both my mental and physical well-being. Whether it’s a run, a gym session, pilates, or a long walk, I always plan my workouts in advance because they keep me feeling my best.

I rarely listen to anything just sitting down. My go-to podcasts, De Volksjury, Call Her Daddy, MIDMID, and Brandbabes are always playing while I’m driving, working out, or walking around. My music taste is all about Beyoncé, SZA, Tems, and Tyla, powerful women with just the right vibe.

I’m the kind of person who always has something playing, whether it’s a show, a YouTube video, or a movie. It’s my version of white noise. My comfort shows? One Tree Hill, Gilmore Girls, and Suits are the ones I can rewatch endlessly. Right now, I’m into SILO, The White Lotus, and On Call.

If I’m not working out or editing, you’ll probably find me at Little Havana, Polly, or Somista, sipping a cappuccino and catching up on messages.

Brunch is my favorite excuse to meet up with friends, my top picks? Funk, Tinsel, or Butcher’s Coffee. For evening food, you can’t go wrong with Kunthun 2 for the best Tibetan food in town or Osaka for amazing Japanese dishes.

 Whether it’s helping a business stand out online or giving a couple a way to relive their wedding day, I want my work to feel like a reflection of the people in it.
